Our veterinarians and support staff are dedicated to ensuring that every pet and every client receives the care that meets his or her specific needs. Riverside Veterinary Care was originally founded to serve clients in the Rutland area. Recognizing the need for veterinary services in western Windsor County, we expanded our practice in late 2004 to offer care for clients and their pets in the Ludlow/Cavendish area. At the end of 2005, we opened the doors to our veterinary clinic and pet supply store in the heart of Ludlow.

The majority of our patients are cats and dogs. We also treat less common pets like ferrets and rabbits, and "pocket pets" including rats, hamsters and guinea pigs. In addition to providing comprehensive veterinary services, we offer boarding (in Rutland), grooming, nutrition, and a large selection of supplies and treats to keep your pets happy as well as healthy.

When visiting our practice for the first time, please remember to bring any relevant records that you have. Prior vaccination and treatment records are especially important. We look forward to helping your pet lead a long and healthy life!
